Self care facilitator, soul work guide.

“Aleah facilitated a wonderful space for personal growth and communal connection. I will be using the tools learned in my daily life moving forward.”

  • Grace Dvornik, Culinary Artist

Being in the arts for over twenty years, Aleah feels she has a PhD in People. Through theatre, psychology, and personal experiences, Aleah has been studying human behavior and facilitating self growth for several years. She is an advocate and facilitator for mental health, self discovery, and soul work. Sanctuary Soul House was founded as a safe space for this work. Aleah lives out her soul purpose by helping people through their mental blocks and discovering their authentic voice, essence, and flow.

As a Self Care Facilitator and Soul Work Guide, Aleah leads conversations and workshops around self care, mental health, emotional regulation and inner work in various locations, including universities, creative spaces, and through Sanctuary Soul House. She’s created courses based in breaking down body bias, body liberation, and the importance of how we talk to ourselves. She has also lead workshops for self-empowerment, integrating wellness with body care, intentional movement/body check ins, and creating one’s own self care rituals.
